Gettysburg Ghost

I know for a fact there are no equestrian statues in which the horse is rearing up. I have looked through the Gettysburg equestrian statue database online. I have also looked at other photos taken of this same area and cannot see this figure in them. This photo was taken from on top of Devil’s Den, looking down into the area between it and the round tops. I think it looks like a horse rearing up on it’s hind legs with a possible rider in the saddle. The smaller is the original close up of the figure and the bigger photo is a larger blow up.
